How to add synced lyrics to your music files
Synced lyrics carry a time for each line, so players that show lyrics can follow the song. 432 Librarian finds them and saves them into your own files.
Before you start
A free account (a guest sees lyrics as a preview only), and Chrome or Edge on a computer to save into the files.
Steps
Sign in
Open Me (the account button at the top of the app), enter your email and tap Create free account, or tap Continue with Google.
Choose your music folder
Open the app, go to the Health tab and tap Choose folders. On a first visit the welcome asks for it. Pick the folder where your music is, and allow the browser to change it if it asks.
Find lyrics with the fixes
On the Health tab, tap Find fixes. On the Fix and fill page, tick Also find lyrics (one lookup per song without lyrics) and tap Find fixes. Lyrics with a time for each line are marked Synced.
Turn on .lrc files, if you want them
In Me, under Rules, turn on Also save synced lyrics as a .lrc file next to the song. A song that already has a .lrc file keeps it.
Save
Tick the lyrics that are right and tap Save N changes into the files. They go into the song files only: we keep no lyrics on our server.
Or one song at a time
In the Library, open a song and tap Find lyrics under Lyrics. Check them, then tap Save.
